Do I need to preorder a book? If so, how do I put in an order?
No- you do NOT need to pre-order a book.
What if I already bought a copy of the book? Will I be allowed to get in line to have Sammy sign my copy, or does my copy need to be bought at your store?
If you've already bought a copy of the book, please bring your receipt the night of the event. If you did NOT purchase your book from Book Revue, you will not be able to get it signed. All books signed at Book Revue must be purchased at Book Revue. If you have already bought your book somewhere else, you can, have the option of buying the equivalent to the price of the book of merchandise in our store.
How will I gain admittance to the signing? Do I need a wristband or a ticket? If so, how do I get one?
No tickets will be issued at this event. It is a signing ONLY. Admittance to the event involves having purchased a copy of the book.
How early should I show up?
Once you purchase your copy of the book, you have the option of lining up.
If I can’t make it to the signing, are you taking phone orders for signed copies?
We will take phone orders as long as the author is signing extra books and so long as we have enough. We would be more than happy to take down your name and number and let you know if we have a signed book for you. However, signature requests are not a guarantee.
Anything else that I need to know?

Part of the book signing tour for Red: My Uncensored Life in Rock. Only books will be signed, photos permitted but no posed pictures.

Even if it were for only a brief minute, I finally got to meet The man who has most musically inspi(RED) me over the last 30 odd years. I'm 41 and a Die Hard RedHead. I bought my first Sammy record back in '81, long before the VH thing, when I was in Middle School and from the first time, I just "got it". I had my kids with me last night and I don't know who was more stoked, them or me. When we got up there Sammy was Jazzed to so my little son wearing my old "Marching to Mars" concert tee and my older son wearing a red Sammy and the Wabo's LIVE concert tee. He even signed my sons arm cast for him. He was STOKED! The next Generation of RedHeads are well on their way. We small talked and hi5'ed a bit and we were off on our way.

Review of the Book Revue w/Sammy: Short & Sweet! :-)
Was great to see Sammy again no doubt!
But his assistant should at least hear someone out first. I was at the Border's event the night prior, shot a bunch of photos (I am a Pro Photog and PPA member), got some prints done today for Sammy to give to him at tonight's event, and it was automatically assumed that I was looking to get them signed. Sam's assistant should ease up a little, we're here cause we're die-hards.
Yeah, it'd be great, if thats what I wanted, but I simply wanted to give back to the man who's inspired me so much to reach for my dreams, go after them and do what I love no matter how big or small.
Once Sammy realized this, he was a little blown away and gave me a high five. Thanks Sam, you're the man.
