The Passage Bar Launch Party at El Paseo

"I loved seeing that bar packed with people drinking those wonderful cocktails (some my own personal inventions)! Chef Cortez created some super tasty bar bites and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. That higher spirit has always been missing from El Paseo we are definitely kicking it up this year. Last night marked the launch of the new Passage bar at El Paseo Restaurant in Mill Valley. Sammy and the El Paseo team debuted a brand new spirits and cocktail menu including six newly designed flagship cocktails, featuring Old Potrero Rye, St. George Terroir Gin, Elmer T. Lee Bourbon, and more. The Passage bar will also be serving some of Sammy’s own spirit brands, including his Cabo Wabo Tequila, Beach Bar Rum, and Santo Mezquila (the newest hybrid agave spirit, made in partnership with Maroon 5’s Adam Levine).
Executive Chef Henry Cortez also featured his brand new bar menu, full of shareable dishes and small plates like Prosciutto Wrapped Pineapple, Fried Chicken with Pimenton Honey, The Passage Burger, and more!
